Tried to upsell services not necessary and brushed me off when I asked about something and was told it was performed only to have left and discover that it had not. Amazingly this was the first visit not cov when I asked about something and was told it was performed only to have left and discover that it had not. Amazingly this was the first visit not covered in the 3y unlimited oil change…they also forgot to clear the service due information and I had to call them to get that done before I could leave. When I left every tire still had a different tire pressure. Significantly different. This is what I questioned the tech about because it was blank when I brought it up to check the pressure numbers before I left since I was told I MAY NEED AN ALIGNMENT $149 which I declined at this time as I only have 30k and I just didn’t believe it. So I drove off as instructed because it quote takes a few miles to register and when it does they are all over the place one being 36 and the others 31, 32, 33. Gee. I wonder what the problem really is? I, a 67 yo woman now is at Costco and must fix this herself!!! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING TAMERON. It’s cold and I don’t have time nor the patience to deal with this level of disrespect and incompetence. Something this basic. More
