I dropped my car off at 9:45 am for a 10:00 appointment and was checked in right away and received a text message that i could send and receive updates regarding my Santa Fe. Called back at 11:30 for an u and was checked in right away and received a text message that i could send and receive updates regarding my Santa Fe. Called back at 11:30 for an update and was told there was no update available, I called back to get an update an at 1:30 and was told no update and we will let you know when we hear something. My husband and I went to check on the car at the dealership and was told there is still no update. I will call you as soon as I hear something. At that point we felt like they were not even working on the car since it had been 4 hours from the time we dropped it off. I told him we will just take our car home. He then got up and went to the key board and got my key and went outside to get someone to bring the car around This was evidence they had not even started looking at my vehicle since our 10:00 am appointment time. I asked the guy was my vehicle in the bay and he said no it was out on the lot This is not the way to treat customers if you want them to return for more business.
