I made an appointment around 1. 5 months in advance, and they did not even look at my car the same day as my appointment because they were "swamped with walk-ins and diagnostics"... 5 months in advance, and they did not even look at my car the same day as my appointment because they were "swamped with walk-ins and diagnostics"... diagnostics take little time to run. Day 2 they told me my car wont be seen. I pushed and pushed and finally they were able to complete a less than 30 minute task in 24 hours. They need a better system. If you take your car here for a diagnostic, expect them to store your car in their parking lot. More

I liked the dearship but the only issue I had was when I paid for my bill after picking up my car and saw they had added nearly $23.00 for what I was told was a environmental fee on a $179.00 bill was outra paid for my bill after picking up my car and saw they had added nearly $23.00 for what I was told was a environmental fee on a $179.00 bill was outrageous. I didn't like his attitude after he told me more than once what the total was, after I had told him I knew what the total was, my issue was the environmental fee. I think Iven was his name. How can you charge a $23.00 fee for just looking at your car when no repair was made? More
