Made an appointment with the times you people offered, from the minute I drove up to service desk, your service advisor was trying to talk me out of keeping my appointment. Just because it was a day befor from the minute I drove up to service desk, your service advisor was trying to talk me out of keeping my appointment. Just because it was a day before a holiday, it was still a time you set up.
