Bad Service, A Reoccuring Theme. Went in for an oil change. Rude, curt and condescending service Asst. Manager Brandon wanted the coupon. My DIL said she did not have the coupon. Brandon checked the computer and told her there would be a charge. She said we did not pay the last time because it came with the purchase. He said, "You paid for it last time". And since you have gone 16000 miles, you void your warranty unless you pay this 100.00+ cleaning fee. All the while not very pleasant. I (owner of the car) called and talked to Richard GM. After checking his computer he found we were due free oil changes. Richard calls me back to tell me that if I had the coupons none of this would have happened. Never addresses his boys' rudeness, nor did he seem too concerned when I told him I would not be back. High-Pressure sales puke. Rude service Asst, Manager GM's that don't seem concerned. Just about how their employees had a miscommunication. Yes, these are the hallmarks of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! After reading all the 1-star reviews, I see this is very typical of your dealership's service department. More
Above & Beyond I had work done on my Santa Fe here. I live in Nashville, TN and was traveling when I had the problems occur. Thankfully, my car was repaired at Tameron Hyundai. When back home in TN, and issues came about with the car, the Service Dept. Mgr, Joe, called the local dealership here and saved me the $175 I was being overcharged. With his knowledge, and commitment to customer service, he was able to 'shame' the dealer here into charging me correctly for the repairs needed on my Santa Fe. I highly recommend Tameron Hyundai to anyone needing their car serviced. I only regret I live too far away to have my vehicle serviced regularly here. More
