They emailed me back quickly and said they did have it. I told them I was an hour away and would be on my way to get it. Jay Johnson sent me a personalized video of the car and I texted him and told him I did want it and to get it ready. I texted him a few miles out and told him I was almost there and when I got there, it was cleaned up and full of gas and parked right out front waiting on me..SIMPLE...That is how I like to shop! I got further information on pricing from John Petway.My conversation with John left me smiling at his light mutterings about keeping me from ever going to Honda. Jay showed me the pricing page. Even though I was comfortable with the Fit, I never made it to Honda.The decision was based on 1) the CAR @) Pricing. The whole process was done with no pressure, professionalism and humor. More
Not happy with the service dept and the unnecessary work My daughter took her Hyundai Sonata to Tameron Hyundai in Hoover for an oil change . The service advisor was Todd Hill . On the multipoint inspection My daughter took her Hyundai Sonata to Tameron Hyundai in Hoover for an oil change . The service advisor was Todd Hill . On the multipoint inspection report that they gave to my daughter they stated that she needs to replace the cabin air filter and the engine filter and that made me very mad because they just did this service on the car last time. The cabin air filter was replaced last time and the engine filter was replaced on the last oil change so I am confused , have they checked the filters or they just make up things . Plus they performed other unnecessary services for an additional 120 dollars . I am very angry and not happy . The cabin air filter and engine air filter were replaced on the last oil change and I paid an additional 82 dollars last time for the replacement and now they are saying that they are bad and need replacement . Something is wrong . Why they keep stating that the cabin filter needs replacement ??? Did they NOT change both filters last time and just charge me for them????
