I’m still upset about being charged over 50.$ for installing a light bulb. Was never told that at time of service. Would have declined the service. I feel that I was robbed and have requested a partial refund. How can you do that to a customer. No one has responded from dealership. If the dealership cares they would respond to this.

Dealership I’m waiting to hear from you on the issue of being charged over $50 for putting in the light that I furnished. I did not ask for an inspection and you never mentioned an inspection. You seem to be ignoring me and the issue. Do you treat other customers this way?

Still waiting to hear from dealership over the excessive charge to install the light bulb I furnished. $53. Is excessive and I was not informed about the charge in advance. As a customer I find it very difficult to believe the dealership would treat people like this. I wonder how many other people are being over charged and then ignored. Come on dealership man up and respond. Show some respect for your customers.
