When you request aservice incluiding multipoint inspection, recalls and updates and set an appointment that is what you expect. Just the oil and filter was done nothing else. I explained that if what I requested demanded a whole day I should have received a call and make arrangements for me to leave car. Also, now you don't do GOS upgrades, but like less than two years ago you wre doing them it is madness. It is getting closer for me to go get a new dealer for services and for my new car in the coming year. More
