We had a major engine issue which was under warranty. It took a little while to get approval from the manufacturer but once that happened everything went nicely. I was very dissatisfied by the service I received. I got the car I wanted, however when I vocalized my needs and expectations they were not met. I expect to have two working keys fobs after paying $32 I got the car I wanted, however when I vocalized my needs and expectations they were not met. I expect to have two working keys fobs after paying $32,000 for a vehicle. I was told it would be tended to and have not received any communication. My car needed work on the door handle because it did not work prior to me buying it. I brought it back to be worked on, was told it would be washed, it wasn’t. I was told I would have another key fob, I didn’t and no one knew anything about it. I am very unhappy with the communication I’ve received from Mark. When I pick my car up there’s a grease stain on my white leather seat that was not there prior to dropping it off. Very unhappy customer. More
