I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Accent, so I can serve my country as a proud U. S Army National Guard soldier and back forth to my other job. I constantly went to Tameron about the problem and all they can say is that this car does this after every 15,000 miles. When I got the car, it had 44,000 miles on it. When I start experiencing this problem, it was about 46,000 miles (confused). Less than 6 months, I continue to go to Tameron with the same problem and all they did was just clean off the brakes and apologize. I also stated to have problems with the transmission and that the engine would sometimes flash. The car started holding back and the lead mechanic said that this was caused by the car getting jumped off, but I never got my car jumped off. I tried to get them to buy the car back because I went to them four times about the problems. All they said is that they can only trade it out and not buy it. The negative equity was extremely high because a Hyundai Accent value drops tremendously after leaving the lot. I feel like Tameron Hyundai does not handle the problems in the interest of the customer. I think selling a car and not a life is their motto. For me to travel to different places and every time I drove this car, I felt fear. Thank God that I am out of this car and found a better dealership that deals with the interest of the customer. More

They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and secure. I would proudly recomment Tameron Hyundai to anyone who is in the market for a car. Shannon was my sales rep and she was awesome. My wife and I have purchased 2 new Hyundais from this dealership in the last 2 months. We purchased a 2013 Elantra back in July and just purchased a new 2013 Santa Fe. Both times Mike McGuire provided us with a fantastic service. In addition, Richard and Keith were very helpful throughout the entire process. Simply put, I can't imagine any dealership anywhere doing a better job of helping their customers. You can tell these guys aren't in the business of a pushy quick sale.They are about building long term relationships through great customer service and an overall great experience. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone searching for a new car. More
Shannon was a great salesperson. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and worked to get me in a vehicle that I would enjoy at the price that I can afford. She showed me quite a few cars. It was very nice having a female salesperson to deal with. I have no complaints with her. I would give her all 5's as a salesperson and send people to her that are interested in a Hyundai . The problem I had was with financing and a service contract that was added to the price of the vehicle. I did not ask for the contract and it was not explained to me that it would be added. Also, I was given a higher interest rate and longer term loan than was needed due to the service contract being added. I called back once I reviewed the contract and was assured that the problem would be taken care of. The problem was corrected the next morning and the service contract removed and better interest rate and shorter term given to me. I will caution my friends that are interested in buying a Hyundai to go over the contract fully and not just trust that it is what it should be. I have bought several cars and this purchase caused me a sleepless night not because of buyer's remorse but because of the feeling of distrust once I discovered what was done. Even though it was corrected, it was a bad experience. I truly appreciate that it was corrected. I was not happy about that part of the car buying experience and caused me doubt as to whether I really got the best deal that I could have gotten. More

Every staff member I met/worked with that day was phenominal. They greeted me as I walked in the door, asked if I would like something to drink, and really made me feel "at home" while I was there. I went in with a much less than perfect credit situation and never once did they say "We can't work with that". Instead, they simply replied with "We can make something work". And that they did. I went to that dealership full of nerves and bad vibes since I had just left the KIA dealership down the road and they had given me a big fat NO. But immediately after arriving at Tameron, I knew I'd be going home in a new car that I'd be more than happy with. Jeremy, the finance manager, also told me ways to better build my credit so that I'll have an even smoother process in the future! That day, I came onto that lot in a 2006 Ford Taurus that had a lot of dents, dings, and miles. I left that day, however, in a beautiful Red 2011 Hyundai Accent that fits me to a T. I love it! And I love all the staff there for making my first car buying experience so wonderful. I will definitely be back in the future :) More
