Not impressed with the salesperson. Alonzo was his name and he greeted us and we drove the Elantra that I requested on line. We got back and he went and got an offer came back and I said “too much.” He snatched the paper off of the table being visibly irritated and I told him the price I was quoted on the internet. He then came back with a different offer as they did t want to honor the offer I was quoted. Typical bait and switch I guess. So, I told him my price and he went back and when he returned he said “you win the battle?” I said it’s not a battle in just trying to get a good price. So, then he said he would freshen up the car. The car comes back around half washed on the outside, two of the tires had tire cleaner and the other two didn’t, there was visible chalky substance in some of the grooves from a previous wax job. More
