My wife and I have purchased 2 new Hyundais from this dealership in the last 2 months. We purchased a 2013 Elantra back in July and just purchased a new 2013 Santa Fe. Both times Mike McGuire provided us with a fantastic service. In addition, Richard and Keith were very helpful throughout the entire process. Simply put, I can't imagine any dealership anywhere doing a better job of helping their customers. You can tell these guys aren't in the business of a pushy quick sale.They are about building long term relationships through great customer service and an overall great experience. Shannon was a great salesperson. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and worked to get me in a vehicle that I would enjoy at the price that I can afford. She showed me quite a few cars. It was very nice having a female salesperson to deal with. I have no complaints with her. I would give her all 5's as a salesperson and send people to her that are interested in a Hyundai . The problem I had was with financing and a service contract that was added to the price of the vehicle. I did not ask for the contract and it was not explained to me that it would be added. Also, I was given a higher interest rate and longer term loan than was needed due to the service contract being added. I called back once I reviewed the contract and was assured that the problem would be taken care of. The problem was corrected the next morning and the service contract removed and better interest rate and shorter term given to me. I will caution my friends that are interested in buying a Hyundai to go over the contract fully and not just trust that it is what it should be. I have bought several cars and this purchase caused me a sleepless night not because of buyer's remorse but because of the feeling of distrust once I discovered what was done. Even though it was corrected, it was a bad experience. I truly appreciate that it was corrected. I was not happy about that part of the car buying experience and caused me doubt as to whether I really got the best deal that I could have gotten. More
