I traded in a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited with less than 3k miles. Dealer rep and managers are polite and cordial. I purchase a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. There was only one big disappointment less than 3k miles. Dealer rep and managers are polite and cordial. I purchase a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. There was only one big disappointment which I discovered later, because I didn’t have the normal time to research a vehicle. It did not have a backup camera. It also had no key fob or alarm. I also called the sales rep the next day to request a copy of the carfax that was shown to me, but 24 hours later, no text response. I was able to complete my transaction, but not without some stressful and time consuming negotiation. I would do business with them, but cautiously. More
