Totally dissatisfied! I made appt with service advisor for a recall and asked if parts were in stock for the repair and was told yes. Drove 40 miles to get to dealership, I made appt with service advisor for a recall and asked if parts were in stock for the repair and was told yes. Drove 40 miles to get to dealership, left car at 9am. Never got a phone call for status. Advisor sent a text message an hour after I dropped off the car stating parts were not in and could I leave car. I did not see the text until 2:30, at which time I asked advisor to please call me. I called dealership around 1:45 for status. Was transferred to voice-mail, called back two more times and got voice-mail. I returned to dealer around 3pm, since my friend who chauffeured me had an appt and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Mr Ranelli tried to help me and asked if I had talked to Matt about a loaner car. I told him that I had not talked to Matt. I stated that I just wanted to get my car and leave and that I would start going to Serra Hyundai for future service work. Matt came to service desk and we had a heated discussion. I again stated that I just wanted to get my car and go home. Matt rudely said, " You're out of here!!! I'm done with you!!!" I replied, " And I'm done with you!". I got my car and left. I called dealership and left a message for the General Manager to call me. I had not gotten a call by the middle of the following day and left a voice mail for the General Manager to call me. I have not received any return calls. I don't ever want to hear Matt's voice on the dealership voice prompts again. I hope you get another person for you voice prompts in the future. I bought my 2014 Hybrid Sonata at your dealership in September 2014 and it has almost always been serviced at Tameron, with the exception if about 3 oil changes, done at other dealerships. More
