Upon arriving at the dealership and driving into the service department; I was greeted by the service technician, I explained what I needed. Eddie asked if my Santa Cruz was purchased new or preowned? I service department; I was greeted by the service technician, I explained what I needed. Eddie asked if my Santa Cruz was purchased new or preowned? I said I bought it new. And he asked, how do you like it? I responded it’s a fun vehicle to drive and enjoy it very much.Eddie’s questions let me know that he cares about the customers, he ask questions that made me feel great about coming to Tameron. Not only did he care about the service I needed, he showed me the waiting area and invited me to have breakfast. His attention to details and concerns were awesome.
