You are kind to offer, but I’m not sure if there’s anything to be done. The repair seems effective, and everyone was nice. We just didn’t expect to have the car there several days and to have to call and ask for updates. I feel if we had not called, we would’ve ended up waiting much longer. When I went to pick up the car, they at first couldn’t find it and then realized it was blocked in. I ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes for the car to be pulled around. I realize there is construction going on and this is likely not always the case. It was just a frustrating experience this go ‘round. Thanks for reaching out.
