I assume you deal with used cars and have a body shop, and it would be commonplace to remove smells from trade-ins. I went through the steps myself, replacing the cabin air filter, purchasing an ozone generator, etc. I was able to remove the rodent smell. It was silly to suggest I take it to a detail shop when it should be something the dealership should easily handle as part of the process.
