My service technician, Levi, was very helpful respectful and well informed. He recommended a good place for lunch nearby when I left my car. I was just as concerned about getting the rodent smell out of the car as cleaning up the rodent. The last time this occurred, the service department kept the vehicle until the smell was gone, which took out of the car as cleaning up the rodent. When I dropped the car off, I mentioned that I was in no rush to get it back and please take as long as it takes to remove the smell. When I picked up the car, the rodent smell was present, and the service person said there was nothing they could do. More
