Horrible! My car was at this dealership for SIX days without one call from a professional to give me updates. NOT ONE!! Whenever I called, which was daily, My car was at this dealership for SIX days without one call from a professional to give me updates. NOT ONE!! Whenever I called, which was daily, I always received the voicemail. I finally had to go up there to see what was going on with my vehicle and was told that since Eddie Hicks wrote it up when my car was towed in, he should have been the one to call me. They were so rude and unprofessional. I tried calling Eddie several times and got his voicemail every time. He never returned my calls. On day six I finally received a “text” from him stating that my car only needed spark plugs. They literally held my car for six days, with no communication, and all it needed were spark plugs. I am done with this dealership. This was the worst service I’ve ever had with customer service for my car. More

The service when I checked out was very poor! I went through 2 guys trying to check me out, the one that finally finished did not know where my car key was! Dirt was left on the driver's side floor & they did not put down the disposable mat like usual. My stearing wheel was left greasy & dirty, window down and radio was left blaring when I turned my car back on! More
