Tameron Hyundai - Service Center

I received outstanding service from Tameron Hyundai. The engine in my 2016 Santa Fe Sport failed at 82,000 miles. Other dealers were saying 1 - 2 months before they could look ate it. Tameron got the ve The engine in my 2016 Santa Fe Sport failed at 82,000 miles. Other dealers were saying 1 - 2 months before they could look ate it. Tameron got the vehicle in for diagnosis in 3 days. Once Hyundai approved the warranty repair, Tameron immediately provided me with a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately issue like this sometimes happen. Tameron service advisor Matt Autin guided us through the process and made it as painless as possible. He is an outstanding service advisor. All of this despite not having purchased the vehicle from Tameron. One thing is for sure, when it is time to replace this vehicle, we will be purchasing our next Hyundai from Tameron. We have also told friends in the area considering a Hyundai to make the drive to Tameron. More

Communication was good at first however, had to make multiple visits due to the inspection not being fully completed. I paid $300 for an oil change and service recommendations that were frivolous. So, $300 for an oil change. I declined recommendations and got a second opinion.
