Everyone we dealt with in the sales office went above and beyond in our purchase of a new Santa Fe. My experience there was terrible! !! The diagnosis given to me was completely inaccurate and when questioned I felt that they they tried to force me to see what I knew was not there. C !! The diagnosis given to me was completely inaccurate and when questioned I felt that they they tried to force me to see what I knew was not there. Come to find out the problem was the catalytic converter that I had just replaced about 6 months prior at their service center. I was talked down to and disrespectfully!!! Both Brian and the manager were difficult to communicate with and the diagnostic they tried to get me agree with was completely false. My overall experience was both frustrating and disappointing!!!! Even more so I felt that because I came to them as a single female, that they tried to take advantage of that fact. I was 100% unsatisfied!!! More
