Have always used dealership for service. Randall always so nice and helpful. Yesterday was disappointing. Service ticket written up wrong and no new sticker replacement. I always get 1 full quart of oil back as 6 qts in a box of 100% synthetic that I always bring. One qt left in car with very little oil in it. Book says 5.3 qts and only put 5 in all the times since bought. I will come back by and show Randall this week (he wasn’t there when I was yesterday morning). Thank you Junebug More

I’m disappointed in how much service they recommend each time I go and the cost. It’s probably typical for a dealership. They left my CLEAN car filthy in the front floor board. Was seen as soon as I arrived. Was quoted a price and told I would be notified if any additional work was needed.
