Eddie Hicks went above and beyond my expectations Friday 2/17. After my service I was on my home and the check engine light came on. I pulled over on Hwy 459 during rah hour and called the dealership. Eddi 2/17. After my service I was on my home and the check engine light came on. I pulled over on Hwy 459 during rah hour and called the dealership. Eddie instructed me to call road side assistance and have them bring the car to the dealership. I did but after I needed to move further out of the way. When I started the car the check engine light was off. I called the dealer ship back and spoke with Dave. Dave advised as long as the light was off I should be fine so I began heading home. Unbeknownst to me Eddie had began driving to pick me up. It is awesome to have employees care enough about a customer to take time out of their day to try and help. I definitely will be recommending the service department to my friends and colleagues and having them ask for Eddie. More
Customer Service is great. Dealership and service center are under construction. I get that. The reason for the low rating was my car was completely full of dirt because of construction and know one cared to clean up after themselves after servicing my vehicle. The paper mat was pushed under neath my gas pedal and the plastic seat cover was laying over in my passenger seat. I received new tires and it looked like my vehicle had been driven off road. Dealership really needs to look at getting a detail or wash center. More
