When you request aservice incluiding multipoint inspection, recalls and updates and set an appointment that is what you expect. Just the oil and filter was done nothing else. I explained that if what I requested demanded a whole day I should have received a call and make arrangements for me to leave car. Also, now you don't do GOS upgrades, but like less than two years ago you wre doing them it is madness.
