I have been taking my 2020 kia soul to this location since 2021 and today is the last straw. I was charged 29.95 for a tire rotation and when I got in my vehicle and checked the digital air pressur since 2021 and today is the last straw. I was charged 29.95 for a tire rotation and when I got in my vehicle and checked the digital air pressure the same front drivers side tire was 2 psi less than the other 3 so there is a good chance they didn’t rotate my tires and charged me anyway. Not to mention in reviewing the other inspection notations I see that the tech marked my brakes as a 6 and noted they needed to be changed soon. This SAME dealership supposed changed all 4 brakes on 6/3/23. I literally only drive less than 10 miles a day. There is no way Ive burned through my brakes that fast. This place has gotten my money for the last time. Finally I was told by Christian Villegas that I received a 10% discount on services however I do not see it referenced on the bill More
