I bought a certified used vehicle from this organization in November 2022. I have less than 4000 miles driven since the purchase. Was promised a free service upon my return in October 2023, but no record on file when I called to schedule. Waited 4 hours for a promised 2 hour service. Scheduled another appointment for 10am to fix door code panel that has fallen off and was told the vehicle would not even be looked at for another 2 hours. Rescheduled the appointment. Called to verify the appointment prior and the receptionist did not speak English. Said she would transfer me to one who could help. That help was voicemail. Left a detailed message with no return call. Showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told the part that fell off my car was $800 and not in stock, yet I was never informed my visit would be fruitless. This should have been covered by my extended warranty. I am 72 years of age, have owned numerous vehicles, yet have never experienced the lack of respect or incompetent service that I have received at Tamiami Ford in the last 4 months. I will not be back and will tell my associates to stir clear of this dealership. More

After we received the vehicle he made the buying process so smooth and less than 1 hour to receive the car. I started out with a dream of owning a Mercedes GLE 4Matic. Low miles and perfect, for under $42,000. Not possible, right! Wrong. I located Tamiami Ford in Naples. They had just the vehicle I wanted. It had all the bells and whistles that I could ever dream of. I made a tentative contact with them asking about the vehicle and the possibility of a trade with my 2018 Jeep. I spoke with Rick Schrag. Rick is the internet sales contact at Tamiami Ford. We casually chatted for two days. We passed photo's back and forth during this time. I loved what I saw in the Mercedes and the Jeep was a viable trade for Tamiami Ford. Rick told me he was sending me to a floor salesman to complete the transaction. I received a call from Bob Bissonette, the sales person. He was so informative and helpful with all my needs and questions about the sale and trade. Remember, neither one of us had seen the others vehicle. It was a leap of faith from both sides. I drove down to Tamiami Ford to see the vehicle in person. My journey was 9 1/2 hours one way. I was warmly greeted by Bob and due to my time crunch we set right to business. After a few signatures, a test drive and wonderful conversation I was out of Tamiami Ford and on the road home to Pensacola FL in 45 minutes. I had a 9 1/2 hour drive home, plenty of time to ponder my experience. Bob called me about three hours into my return trip to enquire how the car was for me. We spent the next 20 minutes talking about the Mercedes I had just purchased. The next day Bob sent me tons of literature about the Mercedes and the Tamiami Ford store. Bob keeps in touch with any updates or just to check on my acquisition of the car. This has been the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The sales people and the Tamiami Ford store in general are to be complimented on their no push, but get what you want at a fair and equitable price. But Kudos to Bob & Rick for making my purchase a pleasurable one. Did I mention I drove 9 1/2 hours one way and 9 1/2 back for this car buying experience. I would do it again on a heartbeat. Tamiami Ford comes with the highest recommendation from me. More

Excessive delay even if you have an appointment. They wanted me to change the 4 tires because they had more than 15 punctures between them. When seeking a second opinion, there were only 3 punctures that were completely repairable and did not require tire changes. I consider these to be bad sales practices. In general, the service has changed a lot for the worse. They should correct and return to the attention from a while ago. More
