After arriving 15 minutes late (it took me 1 hr and 15 min to get there from Ave Maria) I expected to be greeted with "your late so you'll have to wait until we can fit you in". Instead, I was greeted with smiles and told not to worry! They inspected my car and found 2 other items that needed to be addressed along with the oil change. The service dept texted me asking for approval to fix the 2 other items found during the inspection.....I had no idea that was how the communication would work. I happened to look at my phone while waiting and saw the text so proceeded to approve the 2 additional items so I thought all was good but I apparently did not sign the approval. When the car was finished and I was checking out the 2 additional items were not done because I didn't approve them. Anyway, they took my car back and fixed the 2 additional items and sent me on my way. As I was getting ready to leave here comes Alejandra Quintana with my phone I had left at the service desk. Alejandra Quintana was a joy to work with and thank you for an overall great experience! Just a suggestion on your communication process: I admit that I can be "phone challenged" at times but since I was waiting on site maybe someone could have come in and asked for my approval in person. More

We came to get a loaner as our 2021 GV 80 was in for battery replacement. While there my husband went to look at a GV 70 and met Arli. Over a period of a couple hours they came to agreement on trading battery replacement. While there my husband went to look at a GV 70 and met Arli. Over a period of a couple hours they came to agreement on trading our GV80 for a 2025 GV70. It was getting to be 130 after we had finished the purchase and the sales manager and service manager said that it was not busy in the shop so we should wait to take it home. I was not feeling well And suggested we come get it Saturday or Monday, but they both insisted they could get it preped, road tested and washed quickly, by 5pm it was apparent that was not going to happen. Our salesman Arli said he would deliver it to us Saturday. We waited all day and at 430pm a young lady called to say he could not deliver it Saturday, but would at 11 on Sunday, we had a funeral at noon and said it had to be here by 10. Arli arrived and we did not have time to learn anything that might have been different from our GV 80 so we said we would call and make an apt with him later in the week. I believe that both the management people should learn not to make promises that are impossible to happen. They put their salesperson in a very awkward situation. Had this been our first experience with the dealership it would be very hard to want to do more business with it. Arli made us feel better as did Peter at the Genesis service desk, when a glitch turned up in our GPS and screen resulting in us putting over 200 miles on the car driving between home and the dealership over 3 days while they trued to figure it out, they were amazing in getting it resolved. Just saying this purchased started out on the wrong foot but thanks to Arli and Peter it turned positive. More
