Extremely disappointed in the process I encounter at Tampa Jaguars, even though the sales people were very nice and they tried to help as much as possible, the transaction did not transpire. I recently repatriate back to the USA from Middle East and have own two Jaguars F-Type and Jag XF - probably the most carefree care i have ever owned. Long story short after accepting my offer for the deal and giving all my information for the deposit, I was undermined in the process since I was doing a cash deal and some other interested buyer was taking our a loan. As it was explained to me this dealer make money of the load for use cars. Make no sense to me, but fortunately I went down the street to Porsche Tampa and was able to get a newer model 2018. I highly would reconsider your policy on cash deal vs Loan. Boy have time changed. More

I took my car to Jaguar of Tampa and to be honest the quality of service is not what I would ever expect from a high end luxury brand. For starters I went to the parts window for a part had to ring the b quality of service is not what I would ever expect from a high end luxury brand. For starters I went to the parts window for a part had to ring the bell and still wait over 12 minutes to be greated. Second while waiting for my car from service I get in it and there is grease stains all over my interior. Not to mention the back part of my drivers side mirror comes off and nobody seems to know how it happened. I will never ever go to this store again. Not even a call from a manager to resolve my issue. More

My experience with Kunal was great. I looked up the vehicle on Jaguar website. Contacted Kunal confirmed it was available. Test drove the F pace was happy with it. Agree on a price and brought it home vehicle on Jaguar website. Contacted Kunal confirmed it was available. Test drove the F pace was happy with it. Agree on a price and brought it home the next day.
