I was going to update my navigation system and needed a radio update. I checked the version for my radio myself and was told that I needed to update it. When I went in for my appointment, I was told that radio update. I checked the version for my radio myself and was told that I needed to update it. I will have to download and install the radio update myself, then update the navigation system. More

I think they did ok.
