Rude service staff. Poor communication. My car still doesn’t run properly. My car was in their care for over 60 days. Usually the service staff would not follow up, even Poor communication. When I did call in the staff typically interrupted and talked over me. They joked with me in a condescending manner and said that they “were not using my car as a lawn ornament” More
