Tanner Motors is always an enjoyable experience from the friendly staff and service people to the finance department. Billy the finance person even gave me a bottle of Salsa. Was very pleased how quickly I was able to bring my vehicle in and have my problem diagnosed. I was glad that they were able to start on it right away and complete the substantial repairs needed in ju vehicle in and have my problem diagnosed. I never rate excellent. Tanner Motors acted very ethical and professional in the replacement of the back seat upholstery that was damaged by the mechanic during an oil change and tore rotation. Lent a loan and professional in the replacement of the back seat upholstery that was damaged by the mechanic during an oil change and tore rotation. Since we bought our car from Tanner, we have been very satisfied with the service, have had all maintenance done by service dept.
