I was told a 3-4 hour job for warranty recall work. I should’ve received a loaner truck to get there and back as I live 30 miles from there. 8 hours later they called me and I was then unable to get bac should’ve received a loaner truck to get there and back as I live 30 miles from there. 8 hours later they called me and I was then unable to get back to the dealership that day due to a snowstorm. Not their fault of course. They then forgot to come and get me the next morning. I had to call twice for a ride. I lost a whole morning of work because of this. They blew me off and could’ve cared less. I will take my business elsewhere. More

The service department at tanner has always been outstanding as far as taking care of the problem that I brought my van in for. They are also are great at noticing other issues that should be addres outstanding as far as taking care of the problem that I brought my van in for. They are also are great at noticing other issues that should be addressed while they have my van up on the rack. An example would be this past Tuesday I brought my Dodge Grand Caravan in for some warranty work which included a 4 wheel alignment. While they were doing this they noticed that one of the seals was leaking, again this was covered under my Life Time Warranty. To replace this required removing the axle, which was frozen in place. This meant that they would have to replace the axle, after some time spent on the phone with the warranty people they got this covered also. I couldn't be happier with Tanner's service department. Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service at the shop is terrible. Didn’t properly align the steering wheel after servicing, brought it back in to fix it and they just shrugged their shoulders and shop is terrible. Didn’t properly align the steering wheel after servicing, brought it back in to fix it and they just shrugged their shoulders and said that was the best they could do and they will try to tighten it up better.. kept it over the weekend and got it back to normal but clearly did not even try to align it the first time and tried to make me be the bad guy for bringing it back in. More
