I believe that the best dealer should keep good services after selling the car. But they just insisted and mention their policy without consideration of the customer's feeling. Furthermore, they didn't wash my car even if I payed more than $500 for the inspection and repair cost. I would never recommend to buy any car to all. More

Brent took great care of me, making sure that I was notified along the way of the status and work they were doing... when I came in the pick up the Prius his courteous service continued with a smile. I felt like he wasn't just there to help Tansky rack up my service bill, but instead looking out for me, and making sure I was comfortable with what they were doing on my humble Prius. Thanks Brent for the great service and thoughtfulness! He was even as attentive to notice how my name was spelled!! The texts and phone calls were great touches, much better than the slightly negative, non-memorable service I had a few years ago. Keep it up!! More

When I explained the issue I was having with my 2013 Toyota Prius to Justin Mullis at the service desk, he graciously said, "come with me and let's see what we have here.Now,don't feel bad if it is what Toyota Prius to Justin Mullis at the service desk, he graciously said, "come with me and let's see what we have here.Now,don't feel bad if it is what I think it is." As he moved into the driver seat and checked the wheel controlling my lights, he gently explained a lot of other people had the same issue. "It happens all the time." He readjusted the wheel, explained how it functioned, and answered my questions with no condescension. He remained happily informative and supportive,assuring me he had fixed the "problem". He gave me his card with direct line to call if the problem recurred,promising I would not have to wait for an appointment if he had not resolved this issue. What more can anyone ask for in a service technician? Quick,assured technical solution provided freely,with supportive and caring attitude. Justin Mullis is a gem. More
