Tarheel Auto was founded by Larry M. Baucom who started selling cars wholesale in 1977. Now nearly 43 years later Tarheel Auto has grown into a busy lot selling pre-owned cars. Just as Larry followed in his father's footsteps, Tarheel Auto has become a family business. His son James, began working alongside Baucom in 1998 and daughter, Amy Baucom Ennis came on full time in 2010. Along with family, Sean Brown works full time sales.
All our inventory is hand-picked by Larry & James. We specialize in late model, low mileage vehicles and must meet all the requirements of our mechanical inspection.
