She was on the phone with multiple banks until she was able to get me the best rate. I have dealt with Wilson Velez for many years and it has always been a great experience, he is honest and will truly assist you in getting the right auto for you. I was not in the market for a new car but with my car being totaled I knew I needed to get another car and there was no doubt I was going to Tarrytown Honda and to Wilson to get my next car. He was patient and did not pressure me in making a sale. I also would like to thank Lisa Fabro in Finance she was great to deal with and made the finance process seamless and pleasure to deal with. Went Saturday to discuss about a Specific car I wanted I met with Richard horrible guy we discussed and negotiated for a certain price we spent maybe 15 minutes or less at his desk. Then I proceeded to Lisa the finance person where she told me that my monthly payment will go up because my credit.. she told me it was Richards responsibility to make me aware of that. Second thing was I had told Richard that I was not sure if I had the second set of keys he told me that it was NOT a problem. Of course that was not the case when I was signing papers with another associate (day of pick up) then when I went to sign my final papers and give my deposit down with Lisa... It was the cherry on top Richard never informed Lisa that my down payment included my first month. I was beyond Livid!!! Of course the manager nor Lisa nor Richard cared because at this point I couldn’t go back or I would loose my deposit... I Argued with Lisa basically I’m the liar of course bc now my back is against the wall. This is one of the worst Honda Dealers from the management to the sales Representatives to the finance department!!! WHEN my lease is up I definitely will NOT be coming back to Tarrytown!!!!! I would give them NEGATIVE starts More

NEVER AGAIN First I must start by saying in October of 2016 I had the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Fast forward to my lease ending experi First I must start by saying in October of 2016 I had the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Fast forward to my lease ending experience in October 2019 I am so displeased, that I am actually going to lease through a different Honda dealership just because they offered me free oil changes and a $3 monthly payment difference. I was lucky enjoy to lease a SE model Honda in 2016, my lease has ended and the only vehicles comparable at this time are much higher models (this is more of a manufacturer issue) so of course the lease price for these comparable models are much higher. But I would think that to keep a returning customer who has decided to in actuality downgrade to upgrade, meeting a $3 difference offer over their initial offer and an incentive of free oil changes for the duration of the new lease would be a no brainer, right? Apparently not at Tarrytown Honda! They would much rather, have an honestly DISGUSTED customer go to another local Honda dealership. Literally for $3 less a month and 6 free oil changes. I am the customer service industry, giving away more than that cost to keep a client happy in one day of service, what Honda refused to in order to keep my business. Always remember unhappy customer discuss their issues with others more often than happy customers refer. So you lost a loyal customer and referrals, for a couple hundred dollars! More
