He went the distance for me to get the very best deal that I was looking for and after a hand shake the paperwork was put in place with the help of Jordan and Ed. Having gotten home and telling my wife about the new Blue Honda I just Leased I was quickly asked "Why not the silver?". I phone call to Tarrytown Honda and within 30 minutes all of the paperwork was re-done for the silver car. I can't say enough about how great the service is at this dealership. I enjoyed my time there so much I would even consider working there if that was my field. He takes pride in his work and was a pleasure to work with. He got Jordan to assist with my trade in and Jordan gave me a good deal. Once we had agreed to purchase the Honda Pilot, we were then referred over to Wilson for financing. Wilson is a warm, friendly individual who takes pride in his work is extremely competent in his work. He made us feel comfortable and me especially as I had credit concerns. We had to return the next day and it was Wilson's day off. He gave me his personal cell # and told me he would come in once I arrived. After purchasing the car, I had to return today for some minor things missed during the sale. Wilson assured all would be taken care of and it was. I was short for time and had to be somewhere with my kids. Wilson offered to loan me his car just to help me. As a White Plains resident, I was delighted to drive over to this particular locality. Years ago, I was helped by a gentleman named Jordan Rabadi, who graciously helped my mom and I in purchasing her first new car. As he had moved on to sales management in Tarrytown, and I was looking for a newer pre-owned certified car, I followed the knowledgeable treatment I had come to know. From the moment I stepped inside, the environment was friendly and genuine. Every member of the team made me feel immediately comfortable. I knew that I wasn't simply being "sold", I was being treated with respect and eagerness to educate on everything I needed to know when making my purchase. I wanted something safe, roomy and absolutely reliable...definitely found that in my CRV! Chelsea made me feel so comfortable and secure with the big purchase I was about to make, she took her time answering all of my questions and concerns. Chelsea worked with me and my financial situation getting me a great deal. Now when it came to the car, my sales person, David was incredible!! David helped set up my car and taught me how to use all of the neat features my car has to offer. I decided to buy a 2014 pilot and was considering a couple dealerships in the area. I figured id pass by tarrytown and see billy who took care of my brother. I was familiar with the vehicle so we went straight to the numbers. The initial numbers we're pretty much out of range considering I did my homework before hand, but after going back and forth for a little I was able to accept a good offer, price being around invoice instead of msrp. I wanted a black on black touring which they didn't have and had to locate it. They offered a demo with approx. 5600 miles with running boards, but I declined since it wasn't "new". I waited a couple days which was fine with me and received a call from bill about the vehicle being available. When I came back to pick up the pilot, billy took care of transferring the plates and paperwork. It was sad to see my TL go, but it was time for a change and I was glad the change was positive one with this dealership. I've already recommended them to friends and family. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! More
