Horrible I had given this dealership at least 6 references in the past. Something has changed there. All they wanted this time was money to hold the car. Once they got the money, 250.00. They no longer cared to work for me. It was the end of the month and my sale counted. I did not lease the car and it has been 10 days and I still have not gotten my money back yet. Sad. More

Shockingly surprised /Tarrytown Honda KUDOS Many say they have horror stories when going to car deal ships. I have in the past agreed. However I traveld to Tarrytown from Commack Long Island because of the dealer. I had viewed a vehicle on line and scheduled a test drive. I called mid week to ensure all was set, much to my surprise the Ridegeline I was looking at was Sold. I complained that No one called to advise me. The manager Chris took my situation personally and worked to find me a vehicle that was comparable. He even did right on he price. He assigned me Rich Johnson (salesman) who was on his game and although there were some "hiccups " during the process (body shop delays) the dealership stood by all they agreed on. I would Highly recommend them to friends and family and it's worth the extra drive. In my humble opinion they were #1 in PRICE SELECTION AND SERVICE. More

Decided to drive from NJ to Tarrytown Honda because we had awful Honda dealer experiences in NJ. Our daughter had bought her Honda here and had a very positive experience. We were not disappointed. The price to get us in the door was excellent. And, there was NO QUESTION they were going to honor their commitment. BUT, when we went to the Finance person. all of a sudden there was a $295 fee. We there was NO QUESTION they were going to honor their commitment. BUT, when we went to the Finance person. all of a sudden there was a $295 fee. We questioned why it was there and said that NO ONE had mentioned a fee. Also, he couldn't tell us what the fee was actually for. So, he removed the fee. There was ALSO a $75 dealer fee, which I didn't argue about at the time. Once we paid for the car, it was a moot point. I regret not complaining, there shouldn't be a general fee. All costs are rolled up into the cost of the car. There is NO REASON for any fee by the dealership once the price has been negotiated. Because the price, even with the $75 dealer fee, was the least expensive we had gotten, I will still say the price was VERY GOOD, though the "fees" left us feeling less satisfied by the transaction. The sales person we were assigned, Ayla Cruz, was EXCELLENT! She answered ALL our questions and PATIENTLY went over the function of the car's MANY switches and dials. She was absolutely fantastic. More
