I bought my 1999 Honda Civic at Tarrytown Honda and always had good service. However, I was so disappointed with my experience with the Service dept. Phones weren't being answered. I had to call nu always had good service. However, I was so disappointed with my experience with the Service dept. Phones weren't being answered. I had to call numerous times and call other departments only to be transferred to a recording. In some cases, I didn't get a recording. When I dropped off the car, I was given a price that was different when I picked up the car. When I questioned the price, the service manager told me he would give me a discount. Gee Whiz.... what a discount!!! It was the original price I was given which was already pretty high. The service van that was supposed to pick me up took 2 1/2 hours to arrive. When I first called for the service van, the receptionist (Stephanie) said that she would call me back. After 25 - 30 mins, I called to find out what was going on to only get a recording. I had to call the parts department and they told me she dialed out incorrectly. What!!!! How can a person that makes calls and answer calls not know how to dial out to make a local call in Westchester? I found that hard to believe. Well, I continued to wait and wait to only get a call from the driver that he was 30 miles away. Hmmm... just sounds really strange. A nice mechanic ended up picking me up. By this time, the entire day was gone and getting a price significantly higher than originally quoted was so annoying. Now, they're playing with the price??? It shouldn't matter who is on duty. The price quoted should have been the same. It just made me wonder if the price was being inflated.because they didn't think I was given a price already and if I would be taken advantage of in the future. I just hope this was an isolated experience. I was planning to buy my next car there because of the service I received for the last 14 years. More

We were in the market to lease a new Honda Odyssey. We live in Manhattan and I found Tarrytown Honda on the internet, they had a great lease deal on the car and I e-mailed them. Chelsea responded back quickly and answered all my questions and e-mails and I had a lot. She was patient and friendly. I scheduled a time to come and visit on the weekend and she told me I would meet with Chad. Chad met us in the parking lot before we even pulled in and was very pleasant. He walked me through every step of the process and everything was exactly as advertised on the internet - no last minute surprise or extra fees. Everyone was very friendly and made the experience great. We have leased several cars before at other dealers and hands down Tarrytown is the best. I would recommend everyone visit Tarrytown Honda. The entire experience was amazing.. not at all what one comes to associate with dealership. From the minute you walk in you are met with friendly people who really care about helping you. They both dealt with me in a very direct, friendly and honest way. Wilson the finance manager, also was a great and helped me so much on the process. We came in late Friday evening, so they could finish all the paperwork on that day, so we had to come back next morning. When we came next day - the car was clean and ready with inspection sticker on the windshield and temporary registration. Finance application was completed and approved and all other paperwork was all done and ready for us to sign. They've done everything by the time we came just as they promised on Friday, which was a very pleasant surprise for us! And the overall experience was very pleasant as well. I'll definitely recommend this dealership and especially Anisa to all my friends. More

Over the course of several days, she was able to determine the availability of the vehicle of our choice and walked us through the leasing process that followed. We were able to finally visit the dealership on Saturday September 28th, 2013 to finalize the entire process. EVERYONE mentioned above showed professionalism in their job title and made every effort to answer/explain every detail involved, especially since my husband has a hearing deficit that requires extra attention directed to him.
