From the moment I entered the showroom, Chris was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all of my questions. Chris took the time to learn about what was important to me in the purchase of a new car and it was evident that he listened to all of my "must haves" and "would like to haves". Chris went out of his way to locate me a Q5 that met all of my specifications, down to the last detail. He worked diligently to find a workable solution to the lease that was terminating on my VW GTI. In the end, when we couldn't locate the right vehicle anywhere in the US, Chris insured that Audi would build the Q5 to my specs. When I picked up the vehicle, Chris spent hours - yes, hours - reviewing the car's features and technological gadgetry. Though I've not yet had the car in for a service visit, I suspect that the MLM service team will live up to the high standards that Chris has set. There are at least 2 Audi dealers that are closer to my home than MLM, and I made the trip to Mohegan Lake based on the reviews that I read on this site. I would highly recommend Chris and MLM. More

I just purchased my first Audi from Mohegan Motors. The primary reason I bought my Audi A4 there was the ease of making my purchase. I was impressed by his willingness to cut through the mish mash and go directly to the point of the matter. He carefully analyzed my requirements and offered to take me for a test drive and to view their inventory. He also explained why some of the features I wanted were not possible on some models. Better yet, he made the financial transaction very smooth, even bending some rules that his management insisted on. The icing on the cake was the time he took after the sale, to demonstrate to me all the features of my new Audi, saving me a lot of frustration going through the owner's manual. After the sale, he followed up and asked for my comments after I had driven a few hundred miles, then he followed up again and made sure I had received my registration and title properly. I don't know if all Audi sales representatives are as thorough as Alex Sultanov, but if they are, then you are in for a pleasant experience of car buying, instead of the usual hassle it is. Thank you Alex, I am not rating the quality of work or customer service, because I only have had my Audi for about six weeks (1,500 miles), too soon for service, and of course, so far my Audi has been flawless. The service I received at Mohegan Audi was excellent.
