My experience at Mohegan Lake Audi was great. I was a former BMW driver and had just turned in a car. Although I was happy with my BMW, I felt they had become so cookie cutter and everyone from teens to former BMW driver and had just turned in a car. I needed a change and knew that I wanted something fun to drive and beautiful to look at. The moment I stepped into Mohegan Lake Audi I received a friendly greeting and was left alone to peruse the vehicle on my own. The vehicle that IMMEDIATELY caught my eye was the A5. Alex let me know he would answer any questions I might have. Alex was very knowledgable about the vehicle, pricing, any upgrades for that year, etc. Though the lot did not have the color/combination I wanted, he searched nationally to find a car that I would be happy with. I can be very exact, and I wanted exactly what I wanted. Alex suggested the next year model car (2011), which would allow me to build the vehicle that I wanted, and I knew that I had to have it. Once ordered, Alex did a fantastic job of keeping me updated as to the status of the vehicle. From Factory, to shipping, to arrival at the dock, to the dealership. The car arrived and was ready to be picked up on exactly the day that he said it would be. No run-around, and I appreciated that. When I am ready to upgrade to an S5 I know that I will return to Mohegan Lake Audi. P.S. - I've had the car for a year and it still drives like a dream. Service at Mohegan Lake Audi was quick and comfortable and they gave me a loaner. I like the way they do business. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, family member or associate! More

All i have to say is that i am extremely pleased with Alex and this dealership. This was my 2nd time leasing an Audi. I knew that i wanted another one and it had to have those 'rope' lights. When i sat down with Alex and expressed to him how important it was to have those lights, he was understanding of my budget and worked with me, rather than haggle. I was so impressed and happy that he was able to help me. He was knowledgeable about the car and was friendly to me and my family. I usually dealt with the dealership in Danbury but they did not offer me the deal that Mohegan did. Not to say that they are a 'bad' dealership but they just didnt make me feel as comfortable as Mohegan did. I would recommend Alex and Mohegan Lake to everyone i know. Thank you. More
