Our experience with Mohegan Lake Audi was a very pleasant one. We had started our search for an Audi with another dealership closer to our home in Eastchester. We think we just didn't look like a serious customer to them so they wanted nothing to do with us, and quickly dismissed us. They were rude and unprofessional. Howard, however, was very professional. We called first and he searched the database for a car that matched what we were looking for and within a week, we had our car. When we picked up the car, Howard took the time and was very thorough in showing us how the car and all its features operate. He knows the car inside and out as though it were his own. Howard is very professional and very pleasant to deal with. He isn't pushy, nor was he dismissive. He took us seriously and was successful in finding us a car which we are very happy with. More

On Friday I made a deal with the sales person, but the day before I planned to come and buy the car I was informed that the price of the dealership. The reason i gave the review that i did was because of the fact that after just popping in to see what your dealership had to offer and having a short conversation about what i was looking for with Rich, the fact that after just popping in to see what your dealership had to offer and having a short conversation about what i was looking for with Rich, he had just the car for me. It was a little more than what i was looking for but he stressed the facts as to how lower milage and the dealership warranties where far more important than just buying a high milage car from a used car dealership at a cheap price(which i was on my way to go look at). I have to say he was right and i am very happy with the quality of car he put me in at a price that was very reasonable for what i got. Not to mention he got me the in the car and off the lot within two days of me agreeing to the sale, wich i realize is no easy feat. In particular, I want to commend Mr. Alex Sultanov who worked with me on the selection of an appropriate Audi. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells and he spent all the time that was necessary (and then some) explaining to me in a very clear manner how all of the instrumentation in the vehicle worked and seeing that all of the little details were addressed (including synching my phone to the blue tooth). Further all of the small details I requested in terms of the car's appearance were addressed exactly how I asked them to be. In short, I was so impressed with my experience that I have already recommended Mohegan Lake and Alex to others. More
