Jeff Rothbart, the finance manager got financing at the best rate for me and also explained the different service packages that were available, but I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't want. Ron explained that he would be away on a pre-planned vacation when I would come in to pick up my car the following week, but he telephoned me multiple times during the week to keep me informed on the status of the sale. When I went to the dealership to pick up my car, Enis Nikocevic introduced himself and helped me finalize the paperwork. Enis spent nearly an hour with me in the car demonstrating the operation of every system so that when I left, I felt that I knew my car well. This dealership has my highest recommendation.
