He knew I was looking for an A4 with a manual transmission - not easy to find. We found a few in the tri-state area, but they were either spoken for, the wrong color or not the right equipment. He expanded his search and found a car with everything I wanted at a dealer in Mass. MLA bought my 2017 A4 with ten months left on the lease and got me into the new one with a minimum increase in my monthly payment. They arranged with the Mass. dealer to get the car, sent a driver to pick it up and I had it in one week. An all-around a great experience. More

Met with him again this month during the Summer of Audi event. The current incentives being offered allowed him to price a car that had more options than I needed (navigation, virtual cockpit, black optic package) priced less than the car I priced without those options a few months ago. He located the car with my color preference , custom wheels etc and got it delivered to the dealership within a few days. He never pressured me about the car and was a pleasure to work with. Needless to say the car is incredible! This is my 2nd Audi from Mohegan Lake and we're impressed with all of the staff and the service department. My son has a certified pre-owned S5 that has been serviced there as well. Excellent dealership overall, we're highly satisfied. More
