I was a bit unsure how the deal would work because I owned a 2013 Audi A5 and I now wanted to lease the new car. However, Alfonso made the deal seamless and I was overall pleased with the numbers. I wanted to upgrade to the newer vehicle in part because of the new styling but primarily because of the new technology built into the car. However, that technology can be a bit daunting to learn, but Alfonso took the time to go through all the items patiently and offered us the opportunity to come back at any time for a refresher. I would be remiss if I didn't mention involvement of the dealership's owner, Barry, who took a personal touch in the process. All in all, I was quite happy with the way things turned out. More important, I love the car and look forward to years of driving enjoyment. Top down, everyone! More

Great Service Experience After a horrible experience with Audi Roadside Assistance, my Audi Q5 was still stranded in my parking lot. The Audi Roadside Assistance sent two young people with cell phones that couldn't get service in an well populated area next door to a hospital (so arrived late), no current GPS, no tools or knowledge of the Q5 Audi so I remained stranded. I called Audi in Mohegan Lake and spoke to Service Advisor Mark Cohen. What a difference!!! He advised me to get it towed in, they would need to order a tire which may take time so wait until their call to come in, an accurate time frame and a very pleasant manner. He was of course knowledgeable about the vehicle and emphathized about my experience. Mark Cohen is definitely the person I want to deal with at Audi in the future! More

My wife leased an A 4 about three years ago and we had a great experience. You will not fins a car salesman who responds to you with such great speed. Not a high pressure guy at all, just very attentive. My experience in leasing my new A5 recently, was fantastic. One tip--make sure you have Lenny, the tech guy show you the ins and outs of the entertainment systems on the car. He was excellent. We will back to get a Q3 next year. More
