I reached out on Thursday and by Saturday at 5PM, Ron had me in my new ca This weekend I had the pleasure of buying the perfect S4 I was looking for. I reached out on Thursday and by Saturday at 5PM, Ron had me in my new car. I typically love buying cars but hate the process and the negotiations. This time however I was pleasantly surprised. Ron Jacobsen took care of all the mess and got me a net deal with trade within a few dollars of what I thought the value was. Perfect. Ron was such a pleasure to deal with and kind to my family that I was more than happy to make the deal. I am in the Syracuse area about 3 hours away. Ron managed to get everything ready on Friday during his day off so I could pick the car up on Saturday. Wow. I was nervous the whole way down as I assumed this was too good to be true and would find myself in the typical "bait and switch deal process." Not so. I've never had a better experience (probably bought around 15 to 20 cars in my time) and people like Ron will make auto enthusiasts like myself go out of their way to buy from Mohegan rather than any other dealership. I personally have a few Audi dealerships close by and frankly rather not deal with them. I could not be happier with Ron's service, this dealership, and the car. I will be back in a couple years when we need to trade the girl's 2013 S4 and I'll be back in 3-4 years when it is time to trade this car. If I get a raise before that, and I will, I'll probably be back before that to get another fun car. Ron...please keep your eye on few RS models because that is what's next for me.
