Less than 30 minutes later we walked out with a deal that we liked and picked the car up the next day. Everyone we dealt with, mostly Alfonso, -- but also Gabby and Jeff -- were friendly and responsive. Even though we live just across the state border in CT, this will become our Audi dealer of choice. Customer First.. I contacted 3 dealers on a Friday night by email inquiring about purchasing a car from them that weekend. Alfonso was on the phone with me by 10am on I contacted 3 dealers on a Friday night by email inquiring about purchasing a car from them that weekend. Alfonso was on the phone with me by 10am on Saturday morning. He let me know that the car I was interested in had a deposit on it and presented me with multiple options. He called me back that afternoon with a list of cars that met my criteria and gave me an evaluation of each car. We agreed to talk Monday morning. We spoke briefly about Monday morning and I narrowed my list to 4 cars which I would look at that afternoon. When I arrived all the cars were ready to be looked at and I purchased that afternoon. Alfonso made sure everything was correct on the car when I picked it up and all paper work was correct and prepared with no changes or questions. He is a total professional and has followed up since my purchase to make sure all was ok and to see if I had any questions on the technology in the car. More

I was also impressed by the way we were treated even though we were buying CPO and not a brand new vehicle. This made no difference. We were treated with respect. When it came time to finalize the deal, Greg worked with us to make sure it was a win-win situation. In the end, we got an excellently maintained Audi A5 at a reasonable price and were fairly compensated for our trade-in. And when our bank check was delayed, the dealership simply gave us a loaner for the weekend. Talk about service. More
