Not only were they sympathetic with my initial panic when the car acted possessed, they "held my hand" though the entire insurance process. They even let me keep the repair loaner while I sorted out what to do next. As we started the sales process, we had a vague idea of what we wanted, but I had not done any real research yet, something I always do before a major purchase. We sat down with Alfonso, and he listened to what we thought we were looking for, but also observed how we got in and out of a car, how we adjusted to the interior of a car, and how I drove, and made some suggestions that resulted in a different direction altogether, but one that makes more sense for us and we are much happier with. Chuck Riechal, the sale mgr. was rude, abusive, and changed the terms of sale too many times. Barry, the owner would not return my calls. This is how they treat a loyal customer. I can't imagine how they would trat someone who hasn't spent over $250K the last 15 yrs. More
