Quick, efficient customer service, great experience overall! I visited Audi in Mohegan Lake with the intention of buying/leasing a new car. Unfortunately, being new in the US and having no local credit record, n I visited Audi in Mohegan Lake with the intention of buying/leasing a new car. Unfortunately, being new in the US and having no local credit record, no dealer would discuss a leasing option. At Audi I was assigned to Alfonso Ruggeiro who was a very friendly employee and pleasant person in general. We very quickly configured the car the way I liked and immediately found one that was in stock in the greater NE area. The next morning Alfonso did a survey regarding my case and found that Audi (and apparently the whole VW Group) had a special programme for Foreign Business Professionals via which I could actually get a leasing deal without a price penalty or a security deposit. I collected all required documents and within a couple of days my credit application had been approved. Another two days later my new car had arrived at Mohegan Lake and was ready for pickup. Alfonso guided me carefully throughout the whole process, always clarifying things in an immediate and effective way. Upon pickup, we spent around 45 minutes in the car for a quick demonstration of most basic functionality (navigation, external connectivity etc.), sparing me a few afternoons of reading the manuals. My overall experience with Audi Mohegan Lake and Alfonso Ruggeiro in particular was great, exceeding my initial expectations - I got my dream car in only 6 days after my first visit. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Audi. More

I was in the market for a certain car and I was able to locate it at Mohegan Lake Audi. I called over to the dealership to inquire about the car (on a Monday) and was immediately transferred to Alfonso who was able to confirm the car was there, and answer my many (and tedious) questions about the vehicle. He happily answered everything to my satisfaction. Next, I was trading in my car and was able to relay enough information over to him so we could get an estimated quote on the trade-in value, relatively quickly (same day) Amazing! We now had agreed on a tentative deal pending financing and inspection of the cars. Financing went smoothly and I received a realistic quote for the car I was buying and was more than happy to accept such offer (day 2 because this occurred after banking hours). Alfonso also took care of insurance and registration and all that good stuff by the time I arrived. The car I was buying was exactly as cosmetically described, and drove better than expected. Their offer for my car was on the absolute high-end of the window they gave me. Deal complete. This was as smooth of a car transaction that I have ever come across and highly recommend using Alfonso at Mohegan Lake Audi. More

INCREDIBLE SERVICE, CARE, DILIGENCE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL! I never felt that Anthony was over-selling me on anything - he gave very practical and great advice... His knowledge of the car was highly professional and then he just made everything easy. I've never known anyone to call me back or sms me on weekends with every silly question I have - everything from - how do I make my speakers work in the car ;-). I think if you have folks whom you're training - I'd send him to Anthony - so, a bit thank you. I'm sure there's a team behind Anthony - his finance colleagues and other folks - who worked like a seamless machine and I really, really appreciate it.
