sales excellent service the worse Bought a vehicle there paid over 20 k suppose to be certified going on three weeks and car had to be serviced twice , violated MM law , also service r Bought a vehicle there paid over 20 k suppose to be certified going on three weeks and car had to be serviced twice , violated MM law , also service rep Mr. Binder talked to me like I was a piece of xxxx, practically trying to force me not to install aftermarket device then after not listening to me the first time brings up SAME situation but this time did it in front of service staff like I was a child went to so called assistant manager tried to tell him it's not about ALL the repairs you did in the two weeks I owned it it was the attitude of your repair reps , he didn't want to hear this , he was drilling me like I was on trial told me to lower my voice I did I was heated and then he starts raising his I said why are you raising your voice , you told me not to raise mine the person which did not give me his name but was filling in for the manager said I raised my voice because you ANNOYED me , I annoyed him, I can't raise my voice but you can I'm the customer he got up walked away saying I'm not buying car, left me at desk, I was treated like a piece of trash not to mention he lied about wattranty, bad experience, contacting back at Audi USA , BBB, consumer etc. I want to make this clear too much xxxx happening to the a car for two week ownership and my salesman was GREAT not ragging on them MR.BINDER TREATED ME LIKE A CHILD BAD EXPERIENCE he should of not brought up a ridiculous subject that we covered the night before and he knew I was heated but he did right in front of the whole service staff again they have to realize that we are the customers and they are the sales people I have a right to be made but the person sitting in for the manager did not want to hear that part, it's about the whole experience in buying a car not one part be careful to bring a mechanic when buying a car there again my salesperson was EXCELLENT he should be in management not the nasty one I dealt with this is not over by any stretch. All I can say is the experience with Mohegan Lake Audi and Howard Burman was by far the best that both my wife and I were part of. We were just out looking early for a lease replacement and my wife wanted to look at the Audi brand. We met Howard in the showroom and he was very accommodating right away. We explained that we still had a year left but Howard said "let me see what I can do for you". He found a vehicle that met with our expectations for type, value and budget. There was no pressure and Howard understood that we could just walk away and try at a much later time. It didn't matter to him as he worked the whole deal knowing that it could be a huge waste of his time and effort. His demeanor and caring showed and was one of the reasons that convinced us to make this deal. I can't recommend this dealership and especially Howard enough. More
