2013 CPO A4 purchase I've owned a CPO Audi A4 for 3 years. loved the car but with the warranty expiring soon, was looking for a newer A4. Found a 2013 CPO A4 on the Mohegan Lake website, and made a deal a few days later. We feel like the car we purchased was a great value as the dealership negotiated with us. Can't say enough about the CPO warranty - only way to go with a used car as Audi stands behind the warranty. Love my 2013 A4 and am very satisfied with this dealership. More

Specialist provided me with all the information needed and referred me to Matt Rivera in Audi sales. Made the hour and half drive from my home in CT to test drive the car on Monday. My trade (2005 Audi A8L) was appraised and within a short time we agreed on a sale price. I just picked up the car today Jan. 21st two days later. Very smooth and easy transaction and professional service by Matt. I would recommend this dealership to my friends in CT. More

From my first phone call to picking up the car, my experience was exceptional. I attribute this to Anthony, who was extremely accommodating. We only wanted to lease a particular color A4 which was very difficult to locate. Anthony, through extreme diligence, was able to locate the vehicle and make the necessary arrangements so we could purchase it from Mohegan Lake Audi. The lease price was better than other dealerships and Anthony was very honest regarding additional policies available. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. I will definitely refer others to Anthony and Mohegan Lake Motors! More
Average at best For some reason car dealerships like to play this cat and mouse game where you are trying to deal with an agent and they in turn keep running back and For some reason car dealerships like to play this cat and mouse game where you are trying to deal with an agent and they in turn keep running back and forth to the "sales manager". It's frustrating and totally makes buying a car an unpleasant experience in my opinion. If sales people are unable to make deals with customers, why have them at all? Gissella was friendly and professional, but I felt she lacked knowledge about the vehicles she is trying to sell. She seemed a little unorganized in her commitments to return phone calls and perform tasks associated with the sale. For example, I had told her in the very first meeting when the deal was first drawn up, that I would be putting some money down to lower the amount I was financing on the car, but wasn't sure at that time how much I could afford. Yet when the car arrived, I was told that the financing paperwork had already been done and that it couldn't be revised. The sales manager corrected the situation. This is a big issue in my mind, the customer should be notified that they are drawing up the loan paperwork and asked if they are intending to put any money down as a simple courtesy, especially since it was brought up initially. There were also dealer stickers and plate holders on the vehicle when I picked it up despite my asking that there not be any dealer advertising on the car. Overall, I think Gissella will be a good salesperson, but has some work to do in the area of building a trusting relationship with her customers. My new vehicle is thus far a wonderful upgrade from my 2007 A4 and couldn't be happier with it. However, the only negative that I can think of with the car itself is the rim option. The option of different rims is fine, but the fact that you have no choice on what tires it comes with is sub optimal. The 19" rims only come with summer performance tires, and while this is great if you live in warm climates, those of us in the north either have to be content with factory rims or buy another set of tires. This is a rather large expense that we shouldn't have to endure. Please offer a all season radial sub option on these rims, it will make things much easier on the customer. More

I have bought a number of new cars over the years but this was the first time I handled the entire transaction online and on the phone. It was painless (I've never enjoyed the car-buying process...so that's high praise), easy and efficient, The price was very competitive and the customer service, from first phone call to car pickup, was outstanding...with particular credit to Anthony Augusta. It was a ninety minute drive for me. I have two other Audi dealers closer to my home but I'm glad I took the time to expand my search. It was a first rate experience. More
