And if she did not know the answer, Gissella would follow-up and get the answer. Gissella is truly impressive and demonstrates a quality, caring customer-focused approach. I would highly recommend Gissella if you are interested in an Audi. The Mohegan Lake Audi service department is also awesome. They listened to my concerns and conducted a detailed follow-up with great results. I really love my Audi and the experience at Mohegan Lake. [Just wish the Audi was not so popular so there are larger price breaks!] More

Appointment to test drive a Q5 I had scheduled an appointment to test drive the Q5. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to meet with the liaison, who had nothing to do with the te I had scheduled an appointment to test drive the Q5. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to meet with the liaison, who had nothing to do with the test drive. She handed me over to a young salesman named Matt. Matt began the process by interrogating me, asking me questions about what other cars I've been looking at, insinuating that this car is out of my league, just by his tone and his disrespectful demeanor. I stood there wondering if he had enough training to deal with customers. I resented and did not appreciate the feel of this meeting. It seemed that Matt was discouraging me from even considering the car. Why would anyone go in a dealership if they couldn't afford the car? I felt that he was dragging things. All he had to do was take my information, make a copy of my driver's license and get me the car to test drive, as the other salesmen from other deals hips have done. It boggles the mind how the general manager of this dealership allows for insensitive and inexperienced young people to run a high end product . I was totally disappointed and I would not go back to this dealership. I will do all I can to discourage people from visiting it. To put it simply, Matt showed nothing but ignorance and disrespect. It's appalling and totally unacceptable. More
